Bosque de brocado (Forest of Brocade) (2011) was framed within a female character’s relationship with the unknown, in this case entering a forest with all the dangers that this entails.

But this forest seeks to symbolise the place where darkness is confronted, in relation to the psychological meaning of children’s tales, since entering and getting lost in a forest would mean not only the need to be found, but more importantly the urgency of finding ourselves.
